Step Two: pay your entry fee (and commuter fee)

• Entry fees may be paid in either Canadian or US currency, as a convenience to players. We use PayPal rates plus a processing fee to cover fluctuation in exchange rates. Entry fees may be adjusted if exchange rates change.

• Except where noted, you must pay entry fees in advance so we don't have to handle cash on the day of the tournament.

• Entry fees are 100% refundable (except credit card and PayPal fees) until the tournament begins

• Commuter fees are charged on a per player basis for those not staying at the venue hotel in the official room block. Staying at the tournament hotel helps keeps costs down. More detail is here.

• Credit cards (least preferred, due to fees)

• Cash at door OK for Montreal, not for other tournaments

Player safety is the number one priority at our tournaments. In the event of an emergency, having your contact information can be crucial. Please update your Emergency Contact information by clicking this link. 

International Players

• If you need an invitation letter or a visa application letter of support, please fill out this form. There is a $25 USD non refundable deposit per letter of support. The deposit will be applied to your entry fee. Payment options are listed above.
